its been really tremendous over the last few weeks.
2 of my classmates, yanming & jingsong, had to return to their home in china last tuesday. its really sad that they cant stay on with us due to some approvals on the paperwork which couldnt get through.
another of my classmate, jo, went for a surgery and couldnt come to school for a number of days. many others who fell really ill and it was like, we literally took turns to fall sick. it isnt something anyone would hope for, but in this midst, i see who are the ones who really cared.. or rather, who really cares.
by the grace of God, many of us have recovered and back in school, all ready for the battles ahead!
as the days just go on so quickly, i just cant have enough of time.
taking up 4 tuition assignments at a go is something i nv thought i'd do.
i thank God for a such a great cg. they are awesome people who knows how to take good care of themselves and take the initiative to serve God and others. and always availing even in the midst of such hectic schedules.

it is not just time that i cant get enough of, but also REST.
as i woke up this morning, i really felt that this cant go on.
there's nothing i can do to all that im going through now. the only thing i can do is to change the ME!

Little Memories Of The Past
its been a long time i last blooged. really a long time.
im seated at macdonalds now.
my intention is to go through my revision for tml's exams.
tuition ended at 2245h today. had a great time with my student, doing work and getting to know her better.
time for relax now before work starts.
as school goes on, i not just get to know the Word better, not just get to know my classmates better.. but i also got to know myself better.
many times people want to find agreement in what they communicate to people but many times, there would usually be more disagreements than expected.
why?
God created all of us to be different. we are all different individuals.
how is it possible that we can find peace and harmony when we are placed in this world when everyone is so different from everyone and everyone has their own opinions?
it is through
love, i learnt. not just going around to say 'i love you', or giving gifts. but it is through the big heart to listen and understand everything the person has got to say. that act alone wins much works.
but why is it so hard?
1) familiarity
when one is too close to another, there's a tendency to take things for granted. when things are unbalanced, words of encouragement and counsel easily falls to the ground. frustration will arise from either party. relationship stagnates.
2) pride
the unwillingness to humble of oneself to understand where the other party is coming from keeps the love from flowing out.
it really is not about who is right or wrong but whether love is in action.
it is not how much love we have but how much we want to yield to the love.
familiarity does breed contempt, doesn't it?
God, help me. help us.
